Shipping & returns

Taxes and delivery charges

The company is currently not subject to VAT. Nevertheless, all orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to any local taxes, customs duties or fees for customs clearance on delivery at the charge of the customer.

Delivery times

  • Switzerland: 3 to 5 working days
  • Europe: 5 to 12 working days
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 20 working days

Shipment outside Switzerland may be delayed by local custom clearance processes and postal services.

Return policy

Our return policy only applies to our jewellery within 7 days of delivery.

Before returning any product, the customer must notify Manoé via email at the following address: hello@manoe.ch specifying that she wishes to return the jewellery and her order number. Returned products must have no visible signs of wear or use and be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice. The shipment must be made by registered mail with a tracking number to be sent to us by e-mail. If those conditions are not met, Manoé will not proceed with the refund.

In order to return a product, the client must send it via postal services to the following address: Manoé Martin, Avenue C.-F. Ramuz 83a, 1009 Pully, Switzerland.

Postal charges for the return shipment of products are borne by the sender.

After receiving and checking the returned product, Manoé will notify the client of its acceptance or refusal via email.

If the returned product is accepted, Manoé will proceed with the refund of the amount paid not inclusive of shipping cost and taxes. The corresponding sum will be credited to the client’s account. Manoé reserves the right to request the customer’s bank details in order to proceed with the refund.

Unfortunately, Manoé cannot accept gift card return or exchange.
